Ryan Reynolds Workout Follow Me on Pinterest It can be pretty hard to get information when it comes to celebrity workouts. The celebrities and their trainers tend to be pretty vague when it comes to outlining exactly what they do to get in shape. The trainers get paid a lot of money, so I guess it stands to reason that they want to protect their secrets.

Fitness magazines like Men’s Health will occasionally cover the Ryan Reynolds’ workout and give some information about how other celebrities get in shape. But, they’re in the business of selling magazines. If they give you all the secrets of getting in shape you won’t buy next month’s issue.

So, I’m going to tell you about the only workout I’ve found that can give you the kind of body you’re looking for. It’s the workout I personally do. I’m going to give you an honest review with pros and cons.

The workout that I’m talking about is called Visual Impact Muscle Building.

It was created by a guy named Rusty Moore. Rusty has been working out for years and came up with his own program that focuses on what he calls the ‘Hollywood Look’.

The Hollywood look is what celebrities like Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Gosling, Taylor Lautner, and Brad Pitt have. They’re muscular and have visible six packs, but don’t look like body builders. They look equally good with their shirts off or while wearing stylish clothes.

Rusty found that a lot of guys are trying to get ‘massive’ when most women are attracted to the lean muscled look of guys like Ryan Reynolds.

Rusty quickly found that there was no one online that was selling a program that taught the principles he was using himself.

So, he created his own program.

Visual Impact Muscle Building.

I’ve bought a ton of workout programs online. Too many, in fact. Visual Impact is by far the best I’ve ever used and has gotten me the greatest results I’ve ever had.

It’s made up of three phases, each lasting two months.

Phase I is all about gaining muscle mass. It consists of high reps and short rest periods and will really help you to add on muscle.

Phase II focuses on muscle density.

Phase III is high weight and low reps with long rest periods. You’ll quickly increase strength during this phase. You’ll also be cutting tons of fat during this phase.

I know I said that there were three phases, but there’s a bonus ‘secret’ phase. After you’ve completed phases I through III, the bonus phase just lasts a couple of weeks. It’s a technique Rusty calls shrink wrapping which you do right before a trip to the beach or some event where you want to look really good.

Here’s a video where Rusty discusses the principles of shrink wrapping:

Ryan Reynolds Workout Follow Me on Pinterest Visual Impact is a very detailed program. Rusty lays out everything for you as far as the exact workout – sets, reps, rest periods, etc. – and cardio.

The weightlifting sessions only take about 45 minutes, and cardio lasts 15-30 minutes depending on what phase you’re in.

One thing I really like about this workout is that there are no trisets or supersets. If you don’t know what trisets or supersets are, they involve doing two or three exercises back to back. For example, barbell curls followed immediately by curls with dumbbells with no rest in between.

These can be very effective, but if you work out in a busy gym like me they’re almost impossible to do.

I’ve purchased several programs online that I was excited about, only to find out that they have lots of supersets, which were just to hard to do.

I’m happy to say that you won’t run into any of those problems with Visual Impact. You can do it at any gym or at home.
